HENRY, President, and RICHARD A.-HENRY, Secretary, of-TARPON
BAY VILLAS HOWEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. a Florida non-profit
corporation, do hereby certify that the following Amendment to
the~Articles of Incorporation of TARPON BAY VILLAS HOMEOWNERS
ASSOCIATION, INC. were approved by the members 'of the said cor- -
poration on May 1; 1980, by unanimous vote. ~ .
