THE TARPON BAY VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
The undersigned, by these~Articles, associate themselves
for the purpose of forming a corporation, Not for Profit .under Chap-
ter 617, Florida Statutes, and certify as follows:

ARTICLE I
NAME - _ ~

The name of the corporation will be the Tarpon Bay Villas
Homeowners Association, Inc., hereinafter sometimes referred to as the

Association.
ARTICLE II
FURPOSES
The purposes for which the Association is organized are as
follows:
A. To hold fee simple title to the Common Areas upon 3
conveyance by the Developer upon completion of the last Dwelling Unit to -
be constructed or two (2) years from the date of recording the Declar-
ation of Covenants, Restrictions and basements, whichever event first•
occurs, such conveyance to be subject to any taxes for the year of ~
conveyance and the covenants, restrictions and easements of record.
B. To enforce all of the covenants, restrictions, con-
ditions, limitations and reservations contained in the recorded Declar- ~ i
ation of Covenants, Restrictions and Easements, as amended..
C. To maintain, preserve and improve the Common Area
and to keep it clean and sanitary including the removal of weeds and
rubbish and to assess each Dwelling Unit owner equally for the cost
of such maintenance.
D. To provide an entity for the p~mpose of administering
the Common Areas.
