HomeMy WebLinkAbout0945 . - (iii) Directors elected by Class A Members shall serve for a period of one (1) year with their terra expiring at the succeeding annual election following their election and they-shall continue to serve until such time as. newly elected Directors-are duly qualified or they are removed from office with or without cause by a majority of the Class A Members. (3v) Class B Members may be removed wi~,th ~r without cause by the Developer. In no event can a Board Member appointed by Developer be removed from office except by action taken by Developer. Any Director appointed by Developer shall serve at the pleasure of the Developer and shall be removed at any time by the Dev- e loper . . B. The Developer shall have the right to appoint a majority of the Board of Directors so long as it owns at least one (1) lot or one (1) Dwelling Unit in Tarpon Bay Villas or-for a period of two (2) years from the date of the recording in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, of the amended Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions and Easements-of the Association, whichever event occurs first.
