KNOW ALL MEN-BY THESE PRESENTS: We, the undersigned ANDREW A. -
HENRY, President, and RICHARD A. HENRY, Secretary, of TARPON
BAY VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. .a Florida non-profit
- corporation, do hereby certify that the following Amendment -
to the By-Laws of TARPON BAY VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
were approved by the members of the said corporation on. May
1, 1980, by unanimous vote.
The amended By-Laws are attached hereto and made apart hereof,
dated May 1, 1980. -
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, We, the undersigned, do hereunto set
