THE TARPON BAY VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
ARTICLE I
NAME
The name of this Association is The Tarpon Bay Villas "
Homeowners Association, Inc a
ARTICLE II
"DEFINITIONS
All terms used herein which are defined in the Amended
Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions and Easements for Tarpon
Bay Villas shall be used herein with the same meanings as defined
in said Amended Declaration.
ARTICLE III "
OFFICE
The principal office of the Association shall be
951 Colorado Avenue, Stuart, Florida 33494, or at such other place
as the Board of Directors may from time to time establish by reso-
lution.
ARTICLE IV

MEMBERSHIP MEETING AND VOTING
" A. Membershi in the Association is limited to Owners

~ of Dwelling Units in Tarpon Bay Villas and membership is divided
into two classes as set forth in the Amended Articles of Incorp- "
oration. Transfer of ownershi of Dwellin Unit whether volun-

tarily or by operation of law, shall terminate the transferor's
right to vote with regard to what unit and if ownership of a unit-
is not retained, membership in the Association is terminated.
i B. Each member of the Association shall be entitled
to one vote for each Dwelling Unit owned by the member. h~hen more
