place of the President, perform all of his duties whenever the
President shall be absent or unable to act and shall also perform
such other duties as shall, from time to time, be~assigned to him
by the Board of Directors or by the President.
G. Secretary. The Secretary shall record the votes and
keep the minutes of all meetings of the Board of Directors and of the
Association. He shall have charge of the membership books, the
records of the Association except those kept by the Treasurer, and
such other books and papers as the Board of Directors may direct.
He shall have charge of the Association seal. He shall give notices -
of meetings of the Board of Directors and the Association and such
other notices required by the Amended Declaration of Covenants,
Restrictions And Easements, the Amended Articles of Incorporation
or these Amended By-Laws. He shall record in the book kept for
that purpose all the names of the members of the Association to-
gether with their addresses as registered by such member. The
Assistant Secretary shall perform the duties of the Secretary when
the Secretary is absent.
H. Treasurer.
j 1. The Treasurer shall have custody of all As-
sociation funds and Association records, shall keep full and ac-
curate accounts of receipts and disbursements and render account
~ thereof at the annual meetings of the Association and whenever else
required by the Board of Directors or President. He shall mail or
f present to each Dwelling Unit owner a statement of the Owner's as-
sessment. All assessments shall be payable to the Treasurer of the
Association and upon request, said Treasurer shall give a receipt
for each payment made to him. He shall perform such other duties
as may be prescribed by the Board of Directo~ts or President.
2. The Treasurer shall deposit all monies in the
~ name of and to the credit of the Association in such depositories
as may be designated from time to time by the Board of Directors
