Association as may be ordered by the Board-of Directors in ac-
cordance with these Amended By-Laws, making proper vouchers for
such disbursements, and shall render to the President and the
Board of Directors at the regular meetings of the Board of Direc-
tors, or whenever they-may require it, an account of all of his
transactions as Treasurer and of the financial condition of the.
Association.
b. He shall collect the assessments and
shall promptly report the status of collections and of all de-
linquencies to the Board of Directors of the Association.
c. He shall give status report to potential
transferees on which reports .the transferees may rely.
- d. The Assistant Treasurer shall perform
the duties of the Treasurer when the Treasurer is absent.
ARTICLE VIII
COMMITTEES
A. The standing committees of the Association shall
be:
(1) Nominations Committee.

f (2) Maintenance Committee.

j (3) Architectural Control-Committee.
Unless otherwise provided herein, each committee shall
~ consist of a Chairman and two or more members and shall include a
member of the Board of Directors. The Nominations and Maintenance
Committees shall be appointed by the Board of Directors within
~ thirty (30) days after each annual meeting to serve until succeeding
committee members have been appointed. The Board of Directors may
appoint such other committees as it deems advisable.
~ B. The Nominations Committee.
(1) Nominations for the election o~ those Board
Members who are to be elected as Class A Members may be made by a
Nominating Committee appointed by the Board. The Developer shall

control all appointments of Class B Membership.
