Amended Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions And Easements, Amended
Articles of Incorporation or these Amended By-Laws shall be deemed
to be cumulative, and the exercise of any one or more shall not be
deemed to constitute an election of remedies nor shall it preclude
the party thus exercising the same from exercising such other and
additional rights, remedies or privileges as may be granted to such
other party by_the aforesaid documents or at law or in equity.
ARTICLE XI
AMENDMENTS
These By-Laws may be altered, amended, repealed or added
to by the vote of the Board of Directors of this Association at-any
regular meeting of said Board, or at the special meeting called for
,that purpose, provided a quorum of the Directors are present at .such .
regular or special meeting. These By-Laws, and any amendments thereto,
and new By-Laws added by the Directors, may be amended, altered or
replaced by the Members at any annual or special. meeting of the As-
sociation. •
Notwithstanding the foregoing, no amendment affecting the
Developer shall be effective without Developer's written consent.

. NOTICES.
Whatever notices are required to be sent hereunder shall
~ be sent or delivered in accordance with the applicable provisions
for notices set forth in the Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions
And Easements.
ARTICLE XIII
CONTINUING LIABILITY
~ The termination of membership in the Association shall
not relieve or release any former owner of a Dwelling Unit from any

~ liability or obligation incurred or in any way connected to said
~ Dwelling Unit Owner's Dwelling Unit during the period of such owner-
ship and membership, nor shall such termination impair any rights or
