HomeMy WebLinkAbout0965 remedies which the Association may have against such Dwelling Unit Owner arising out of or in any way connected with such ownership and membership and the covenants and obligations incident thereto. ARTICLE XIV LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - Notwithstanding the duty to the Association to main- tain and repair the `Common Area, to undertake external maintenance and repair under certain circumstances, the Association shall not be liable for injury or damage cause by a latent condition in the property, nor for injury or damage caused by the elements or by Dwelling Unit Owner(s) or other person(s).
