Owner arising out of or in any way connected with such ownership
and membership and the covenants and obligations incident thereto.
ARTICLE XIV
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY -
Notwithstanding the duty to the Association to main-
tain and repair the `Common Area, to undertake external maintenance
and repair under certain circumstances, the Association shall not
be liable for injury or damage cause by a latent condition in the
property, nor for injury or damage caused by the elements or by
Dwelling Unit Owner(s) or other person(s).
ARTICLE XV
SEAL
The Association shall have a seal in circular form
having within its circumference the words The Tarpon Bay Villas
Homeowners Association, Inc., a corporat~~on not for .profit, 1979.

ARTICLE XVI
PARLIAMENTARY RULES
P.oberts Rules of Order (latest edition) shall govern the
i conduct of Association meetings when not-in conflict with the Decla-
i
ration of Covenants,. Restrictions and Easements, the Articles of In-
corporation or these By-Laws.

The foregoing were adopted as the Amended By-Laws of the
