OBCLARATION OF COVENANTS
RESTRICTIONS AND BASBMBNTS
KNOW ALL MBN BY THBSB PRBSBNT, that the undersigned,
TARPON BAY VILLAS, a Florida Partnership, (Developer) having
purchased land which has been submitted to the fol'lowinq described
plat:
All.of thg "TARPON BAY VILLAS": according -
to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 20, at Page 15, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida,
makes the following Amendments to the original Declaration of
Covenants, Restrictions and Basements for TARPON BAY VILLAS,
recorded in O. R. Book 324, Pages 2592 through 2623 inclusive,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, .Florida, which shall extend
to, attach to, cover and run with the above platted lands and
-shall be binding upon the undersigned and upon all persons deriv-
ing -title through the undersigned. This Declaration shall be for
the benefit of .and limitations upon the Developer and all future
~ owners -of real property in TARPON BAY VILLAS whose title is
j derived through the Developer. All lands included within the plat
j described above are and shall be held, transferred, sold, conveyed

and occupied subject to the covenants, restrictions, easements,
~ charges and liens (sometimes referred to as "Covenants and
Restrictions") hereinafter set forth.
ARTICLE I
DEFINITIONS
~ A. "Association" shall mean and refer to The Tarpon Bay
Villas Homeowners Association, Inc., a Florida corporation not for

B. "Developer" shall- mean and refer to TARPON BAY `

VILLAS, a Florida partnership, its successor, assignee or desig-
nee.
