refer to all such existing properties, and additions thereto, as
are subject to. this Amended Declaration or any further
supplemental or amended Declaration.
D. "Lot" shall mean and refer to any numbered lot shown.
on the plat, TARPON BAY VILLAS, together with any and all improve-
ments thereon, as platted in Plat Book 20, Page 15, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Common Areas as hereinafter
defined are not included fn this definition of Lot.
B. "Owner" shall mean and refer to the record fee
simple owner, whether one or more persons or entities, of the fee
simple title to.a Dwelling Unit which is a part of The Property,
including contract sellers (but not contract purchasers) and
Developer.
F. "Common Area" shall mean and refer to those areas of
land and such personal property which the Association and/or the
Developer owns or in which the Association has. an interest,
including,-without limitation, a right of use, and in which every
Owner of a Dwelling Unit shall have a right of enjoyment which
shall pass with the title to every Lot or Dwelling Unit as more
particularly described in the recorded Plat.

G. Dwelling Unit shall mean and refer to any numbered

8. "Building" shall mean all structures constructed
