waste shall be kept in sanitary containers. The garbage cans -
shall be of an approved size and type and shall be placed and kept
in an area designated by the Association. This has no application
to construction activities.
J. Mailboxes. No mailbox or paperbox or other
receptacle of any kind for use in the delivery of mail or
newspapers or magazines or similar material shall be erected on
any portion of the platte8 lands, unless and until the size, -
location, design and type of material for said boxes or .
receptacles shall have been approved by the Hoard of Directors.
If and when the United States mail service or the newspaper or
-newspapers involved shall indicate a willingness to make -delivery
to wall receptacles attached to dwellings, each Property Owner, on
the .request of the Committee, shall replace the boxes or
receptacles previously employed for such purpose or purposes with
wall receptacles attached to Dwelling Units.
R. Utility Connections. Building connections for all
utilities, including, but- not limited to, water, electricity,
telephone and television shall be run underground from the proper
connecting points to the building structure in such a manner to be
acceptable to the governing utility authority.
~ L. Antenna and Aerials. No radio or television
installation or other wiring shall be made without the written

consent of the Association. No antenna or aerial shall be erected
or installed on the roof or exterior walls of any building. Any
said antenna or aerial is subject to removal without notice and at

~ the costs of the Dwelling Unit Owner for whose benefit the
~ installation was made.

M. Animals. No animals, livestock or poultry of any
r kind shall be raised, bred or kept on any portion- of the platted
lands except that dogs, cats or other household pets may be kept,
~ provided that they are not kept, bred or maintained for any
commercial purpose.
