permitted that will be injurious, offensive, or disturbing to the
occupants of adjacent premises by reason of the emission or
creation of noise, vibration, smoke, duet, toxic or nauseous waste
materials, odors, fire and explosive hazards or glare. .
O. Parking.
(1) An Owner or occupant of a Dwelling Unit shall
not be permitted to park, cause to be parked, or allow to be
parked on the Property, any bus, pole trailer, semi-trailer,
recreational vehicle, truck exceeding eighteen (18) feet in length
and one-ton capacity, motorcycle, boats or boat trailer, and/or
truck tractor for a period exceeding one (1) hour in any
twenty-four (24) hour period. ~ -
(2) The restrictions of Paragraph O above shall not
apply to the temporary parking of such vehicles when construction
is underway, for which a current and valid building permit has
been. issued try the City of Port St. Lucie and said permit is
properly displayed on the premises.
(3) The restrictions of Paragraph O of one (1) hour
shall not apply to routine deliveries by tradesmen, or the use of
j trucks in making service calls providing that such time in excess
E of one (1) hour is actually in the course of business deliveries
j or servicing as the case may be.
E P. The restrictions of Paragraph 0 shall not apply to a
situation where such vehicle becomes disabled and, as a result of
such emergency, is required to be parked for longer than one (1)
hour. eowever, any such vehicle shall be removed within
twenty-four (24) hours by wrecker towing if necessary, regardless
of the nature of the emergency.
s Q. Storage. The personal property of all Owners shall

be stored within their Dwelling Units except that items of

personal property may be stored on the courtyard provided they are

E not visible from outside the courtyard.
R. Artificial Vegetation. No artificial grass, plants
