the exterior portion of any Lot, unless approved by the Board of

S. Clothes Drying Area. No portion of any Lot shall be
used for drying or hanging area for laundry of any kind, it being
the intention hereof that all such facilities shall be provided
within the building to be constructed on a Lot. '
T. Awnings, canopies, etc: No awning, canopy, .shutter
or other projection shall be attached- to or placed upon the
outside walls or roof of a Dwelling Unit without -the written
consent of the Association. -
O. Dangerous Materials. No inflammable, combustible or ,
explosive fluid, chemical or substance shall be kept in any
Dwelling Unit, except such as are required for normal household
use. -
V. Hurricane Preparation. Each Owner or occupant who
plans to be absent fro® his Dwelling Unit during the hurricane
season must prepare his Dwelling Unit prior to his departure by
(a) removing all furniture and other objects from his courtyard
prior to his departure, and (b) designating a responsible firm or
individual to care for his Dwelling Unit should it suffer

~ hurricane damage and furnishing the Association with the name of
j said firm or individual. Such firm or individual shall contract
the Association. for clearance to install or remove hurricane

shutters.
ARTICLE VII
INSORANCE PROVISIONS
A. Liability Insurance. The Board of Directors of the
~ Association shall obtain public liability and property damage
insurance covering all real and personal property owned by the
Association and all of the- Common Area of the Property and

their interest appear, in such amounts and providing such coverage
from time to time, provided that the minimum amount of coverage
