in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in
Plat Book 20, at Page 15, do hereby join in and consent. to the ~
Amended Articles of Incorporation of TARPON BAY VILLAS
HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., amended By-Laws, and the '
Amended Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions, and Easements. -
