VILLAS, according to the plat thereof recorded in the Public -
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 20, at
Page 15, do hereby join in and consent to the Amended Articles
of Incorporation of the TARPON BAY VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION,
INC. amended By-Laws and the Amended Declaration of Covenants,
