The right-of-way. -easement rights, and privileges herein

granted shall be used only for the purpose of pmaviding pedestrian and
vehicular ingress and egress and parking. Either Grantee or Grantor
may construct and maintain upon the lands which are subject to this ease-
merit, any necessary roads, streets. Parking areas, sidewalks and the like
~ which may be required and which are usual for the above purpose.

~ The easanent, rights, and privileges herein granted shall
! be perpetual, Grantor hereby binds himself, his heirs, and legal •

representatives, to warrant and forever defend the above-described
easement and rights unto Grantee, their successors, and assigns, aga~~nst

every person wl~~soever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any'
part -thereof .
The Grantor covenants that he well not convey any conflicting
rights within the area wovered by this grant.
