and as holder of that certain mortgage deed from Greff Development
Company of Florida, Inc., dated October 1, 1979, and recorded
October 3, 1979, in Official Record Book 317, Page 2298, St. Lucie
County, Florida, Public Records, joins in and consents to the fore-
going Easement upon the mortgaged land.
