after called Grantor, for the sun of $1.00 and other valuable oonsideratian
paid by ANDRFi7 A. I~2JRY and ALBERTA D. I~NRY, their heirs and assigns,
hereinafter called Grantees, does grant, sell, and convey tnnt~o Grantee
an easement and right-of-way upon and across the folla~ring described
