granted shall be used only for the purpose of providing pedestrian and

Avenue, and the lands which are owned by the grantee and the lands over
which the grantees own any easgnent or other right. Either Grantee or
Grantor may construct and mr3intain upon the lands which are subject to
this easanent, any necessary roads, streets, parking area, sidewalks and -
