WITNESSETH:
The Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN
DOLLARS (x10.00) and other good and .valuable considerations to the
said Grantor in hand paid by said Grantee(s), the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, and sold to the said
Grantee(s), his heirs and assigns forever, the following described
land, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:

with tie Tat thereof on file in the Office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court in and'for St. Lucie
County, Florida, in Plat Book 20, page 15.
This conveyance is subject to, and by accepting this Deed,
