Notice is hereby given that FAVIAN LEE BROWN
PICANO and JOHN PICANO, her husband, Plaintiffs/Appellants,
appeal to the District Court of Appeal, Fourth District of
Florida, the non-final order of this Court dated April 23,
1980, and entitled Order on Plastic Industries, Inc.'s
Motion to Dismiss the Fourth Amended Complaint, Motion to
Quash Service of Process and Motion to Dismiss Crossclaim of

The nature of the order is a non-final
order granting Defendant, PLASTIC INDUSTRIES, INC.'s Motion
to Dismiss the Fourth Amended Complaint (and cross claims
filed by co-defendants) and to Quash Service of Process for
Lack of Personal Jurisdiction. All parties are called upon
