in that certain Membership Agreement dated January 8 , 1980, between
Oceana Association, Inc. and the Ocean II Condominium Association, Inc.,

recorded in Official Record- -Book 327, - pages 1742 et seq. Public Records
of St. -Lucie County, Florida, and al-1 instruments therein referred to=
5. All agreements, covenants, conditions, restrictions,
reservations and easements of record, if any, which may now affect'
the afore-described property. - -
~O HAVE -AND. TO HOLD the above granted, bargained and described
premises, with the appurtenances, unto-:the said Grantee, his heirs
and assigns, to 'his own proper use, benefit and.behoof forever, subject
as aforesaid.
-.And the said Grantor, for itself and for its successors and
assigns, does covenant,'-promise and agree to and with-the said Grantee
and his heirs and= assigns, - that the- sai$ Granta~ri at- the time of the
