warrants the above described and hereby granted and released premises,
and every pact and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances, unto the
said Grantee, and his heirs and-assigns, against the. Said Grantor,
and its Successors, and against all and every Berson or persons whom-
soever lawfully claiminq-or to claim the Same, by, through and under
the Grantor herein, shall and will subject as aforesaid warrant and
forever defend. -
