9`~~,h ASSUMPTION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Maker named in Paragraph 7, below, and referred to
herein. as "Maker", executed a note in favor of WASHINGTON SAVINGS AND
LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FLORIDA, a Florida corporation, hereinafter referr-
ed to as the "Association", a copy of which has been supplied to Buyer;
and,
WHEREAS, maker executed a mortgage of even date with said note in "
favor of the Association, securing said note and encumbering the prop-
erty described in Paragraph 10, below, a copy of which has been supplied
to Buyer, and which mortgage is recorded in Official Records Book 263
at Page 759 of the Public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
and, .
WHEREAS, said property is presently owned by the "Owner" as iden-
tified in Paragraph 8, below; and,
WHEREAS, the parties named in Paragraph 9, below, and hereinafter
referred to as the "Buyer", have this ' ~jJ,~ day of~YJ~Q/,?~ , .

j have applied to the Association to assume said mortgage, and have as a

condition of said purchase agreed to assume all of the obligations of

WHEREAS, Buyer understands that upon performance of all the con-

ditions of this Agreement, the Association will release Maker and
a Owner from the obligations of said note and mortgage,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and in consider-
ation of such further covenants and conditions prescribed hereinbelow,
Buyer, jointly and severally, hereby expressly covenants and agrees
as follows:
1. Buyer hereby assumes and agrees to pay and perform all of the
' obligations of said note and mortgage, together with such amendments to

said note as may be .hereinafter prescribed.
