13. Buyer understands and agrees that upon the execution of this
Agreement the Association will effect.a search of title to the aforedescribed
property from the date of recordation of said mortgage through the date ar
dates of recordation of this Agreement. and the deed from Owner to Buyer; and
that if said search reflects, in the opinion of the Association's attorneys,
good title in Buyer and. no liens or encumbrances thereon other than the- ~
Association's said mortgage .(plus any inchoate lien for real property taxes
for the current year), the Association will thereupon furnish-Maker and r
Owner with releases of their obligations under said note and mortgage,
as aforesaid.
14: Buyer hereby applies for membership in the Association and
acknowledges receipt of a copy.of Association's charter and by-laws.
15. This Agreement shall be binding upon the heirs, successors,
and assigns of the parties hereto.
