PETITION AUTHORIZING SALE OF PROPERTY
Petitioner, WYNEL~. V. WILLIAMS, guardian of EDNA ELOISE JENSEN;
incompetent, alleges:
1. That one of the assets of the guardianship is real property
described as follows:
Lots 15, 16, 17 and 18, Block 7, WHITE CITY, according to
the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 23, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
and the guardianship holds an undivided one-half interest in said property.
2. Petitioner has executed a Contract for Sell and Purchase
of the above described real property upon the following terms and conditions.
That attached hereto is a copy of the Contract for Sale and Purchase.
3. Petitioner is the guardian for EDNA E. JENSEN, an incom-

i petent.
4. Petitioner considers that it is in the best interests of
~f the guardianship and of those interested in it that the real property
f
described above be sold at the price and upon the terms offered for the
[ -
reason that a sale will provide necessary needed funds, and will prevent
further deterioration in the value of the property. The house located on the
property is presently in a dilapidated state, and is in need of substantial
repairs in the very near future, ENDA E. JENSEN, the sole heir-at-law of the
Estate of FRANK K. JENSEN, deceased, is in a nursing home; and is in need of
cash funds for her support and maintenance.
5. The only person having an interest in this proceeding and
her respective address is: WYNELL V. WILLIAMS, Post Office Box 2181, Stuart,
