(A) The purchase money note and mc~rtg:?~;t~ is to he paid in
eleven (11) equal monthly payments cif $30U.U0, incla•ding accrued

thereon. Said note and mortgage shall contain standard thirty (30)

(B) Buyers understand and agree that the premixes are being
sold as is.
(C) This sale is subject to Court approv~3l.
(D) Buyers agree and assure to make a good faith effort to'
keep the property in good repair, includingrr'e-painting the
structure, repairing the roof. and re-wirit3^ the structure. This
Agreement shall not merge with the :~eec1, but shall be an independent
covenant which shall he a part of the mnrC~,~~ge and note .and which,
