I, GRACE R. WEBSTSR, of St. Lucie County, Florida,
- do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last
- Will and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other
Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my Executor to pay out of my
residuary estate all of my just debts, including the ex-
penses of my last illness and funeral expenses.
C2~1USE II: I direct that all estate, succession,
legacy, inheritance or other transfer taxes, however de-
signated, levied by reason of my death (including those
levied on the proceeds of any life insurance on my life)
shall be paid out of my residuary estate and shall not be
apportioned, and I authorize my Executor to pay, compromise !

and settle any such taxes whether on present or future

~ interests . -
~ CLAUSE III: I give and bequeath all of my tangible
personal property, exclusive of cash and securities, to
my husband, MARSHALL WEBSTER, provided he survives me, and
if he does not survive me, then said tangible personal
property shall go instead to my daughter, LUCILLE WEBSTER
CLARK, presently residing at Lansinq, Michigan, provided
~ she survives me.
CLAUSE~IV: All of the rest, residue and remainder
of my property which I may own at the time of my death,
