CLAUSE VI: I nominate and appoint my husband,
MARSHALL WEBSTER, as Executor of this Will, to serve
without bond, and if he shall die, resign, be disqualified -
or unable for any reason to act as such, then I name-and
appoint ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, Fort Pierce, Florida, or
its corporate successor, as Executor.
