PETITION AUTHORIZING SALE OF PROPERTY
Petitioner, WYNELL V. WILLIAMS, as personal representative of
the Estate of FRANK K. JENSEN, deceased, alleges:
1. That one of the assets of the estate is real. property
described as follows:
Lots 15, 16, 17 and 18, Block 7, WHITE CITY, according to
the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 23, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Petitioner has entered into a Contract for Sale and
Purchase to sell the above described property, upon the following terms and
conditions. That attached hereto is a copy of-the Contract for Sale and
Purchase.
3. Petitioner is personal representative of the Estate of .
f FRANK K. JENSEN, deceased, who died intestate.
4. Petitioner considers that it is for the best interests of
the estate and of those interest in it, that the real property descrrbed above
be sold at the price and upon the terms offered for the reason that a sale
will facilitate distrit~itio:~ of the assets of the estate, and further, is

,necessary to prevent fu?•ti~pr deterioration of the property and its value.
The house located on the property is presently in a dilapidated state, and
is in need of substantial repairs in the very near future.
5. The only person having an interest in this proceeding and
~ her respective address is: WYNELL V. WILLIAMS, Post Office Box 2181, Stuart,
Florida 33494.

6. Petitioner requests that an Order be entered authorizing
