ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE OF PROPERTY
On the Petition of WYNELL V. WILLIAMS, personal representative ;
of the above named estate for an Order authorizing the sale of real
property, the Court finds that all interested persons have been served
proper notice of this hearing or have waived notice thereof, that the
material allegations of the Petition are true and that it is in the best
interests of the above named estate and necessary for the purpose of
facilitating distribution of the estate to sell the property described
in the Petition at private sale upon the terms and at the price described
in the Petition, it is therefore-
j ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the personal representative of the
above named estate is authorized to sell the real property described as
follows:
E Lots 15, 16, 17 and 18, Block 7, WHITE CITY, according
to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 23,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. -
upon the following terms: SEE ATTACHED CONTRACT FOR SALE AND PURCHASE;

and WYNELL V. WILLIAMS, as personal representative, is authorized to
execute all instruments and documents-necessary to effect such sale.
