PETITION FOR FAMILY ADMINISTRATION
The undersigned Petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above Estate as the.
surviving spouse of said decedent. His name and address is as
set forth in paragraph ~ and the name and address of his
attorney is as set forth at .the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, MILDRED S. GORDON, whose last known
address was 3105 Avenue L, Fort Pierce, Florida, died on January
6, 1980, at Vero Beach, Florida, and at the time of death
decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the name of the sole beneficiary
of this estate, his address ,and relationship to decedent, is:
