Petitioner has an interest in the above Estate as the. surviving spouse of said decedent. His name and address is as set forth in paragraph ~ and the name and address of his attorney is as set forth at .the end of this Petition. 2. Decedent, MILDRED S. GORDON, whose last known address was 3105 Avenue L, Fort Pierce, Florida, died on January 6, 1980, at Vero Beach, Florida, and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida. 3. So far as is known, the name of the sole beneficiary of this estate, his address ,and relationship to decedent, is: NAME ADDRESS RELATIONSHIP James W. Gordon 3105 Avenue L Surviving Spouse Fort Pierce, Florida 4. Venue of this proceeding is in this County because ~ decedent died a resident of this County. i 5. The value of the gross estate at death .for federal estate tax purposes is less than $60,000, consisting of the following assets: ASSETS VALUE Miscellaneous personal effects $ 100.00 Settlement from St. Lucie County Circuit Court action, number 79-322 CA, . entitled, "Mildred Gordon and James W. Gordon, her husband, Plaintiffs, E v. C. L. Norwell, Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, et al." ~ 2,500.00 6. The estate is not indebted, except funeral bill of $1454.00. 7,.
