AFFIDAVIT OF CONTINUOUS MARRIAGE
COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS
COUNTY OF ESSEX, SS.
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, on this ~ day of M ~y ,
1980, personally appeared Archie Gillis, who, being duly sworn; deposes.
and says:
1. That Affiant along with Affiant's spouse, Gertrude C. Gillis, a/k/.a
Gertrido E. Gillis, obtained title to the following described prop-
erty on March 20, 1968:
Lot 25 as per plat of WHITE CITY GARDENS, as deline-
ated on plat attached to deed recorded in Deed Book
187, Pages 408 to 410, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, being a subdivision of Lots 9 and
10, Block 1, MODEL LAND COMPANY'S S/D.
2. That Affiant was married to the above named spouse prior to the date
of acquisition of the aforesaid property, and they remained continu-
ously marr-ied from that date up to and including November 16, 1979,
the date of death of said spouse.

3. That Affiant's spouse died of natural causes in Essex County, Common-
f wealth of Massachusetts, testate.
4. That all Federal and State taxes on the Estate of the decedent have
been paid in full.
5. That a certified copy of the death certificate is attached hereto.
6. That Affiant has not since remarried.
