ORDER APPROVING MORTGAGE MODIFICA-
TION AGREEMENT OF MARCH 31, 1980
BETWEEN SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, THE DEBTORS AND RECEIVER
HEREIN
Upon reading and filing the annexed application of the
attorneys for the debtors herein, praying for an order approving
the Mortgage Modification Agreement between Sun Bank of St Lucie
County, the debtors anal the Receiver herein, covering certain ~
properties of the debtors located in St. Lucie County, Florida,
described as the Beach Club and Shopping Plaza,
and it appearing from said application and Mortgage Modification
Agreement and documents annexed hereto that it would be in the.
best interest of the debtors and the Receiver if said Modificatio
Agreement was approved, and it further appearing that Benenson $
Scher, New Jersey attorneys for Sun Bank of St. Lucie County,
have requested payment of sums of money for services rendered,
and that in order to conform with the Statute and Rules, said f
attorneys shall make appropriate application to this Court on '
notice to the attorneys for the debtors, Receiver and Creditors'
Committee, along with Affidavit of Services to be filed for an
appropriate allowance as may be allowed by this Court, and good
cause appearing for the making of this order,
