S. Debtors feel the cash flow from the properties
involved which are the Beach Club and Shopping Plaza would

be sufficient to pay the amortization interest payments as
required.
6. Anew Mortgage Modification Agreement has been
entered into dated March ZI, 1980, and has been duly executed by
all the parties involved which, of course, is subject to the. E
approval of this Court. A copy of that agreement is annexed here o
and made a part hereof. t

7. One of the provisions of the agreement called for ~
a payment of legal fees to Benenson F Scher, attorneys for Sun
Bank of St. Lucie County, for legal services rendered. Payment o
certain fees shall be subject to the filing of an Affidavit of i
Services by said Benenson $ Scher with this Court, with fees to ~ t
be set by this Court as required by the Statute and local Rules. i
