his capacity as Receiver in Proceedings For Arrangement Ilnder Chapter XI
of the Bankruptcy Act for George A. Costa, Lucille V. Costa, et al., in the
United States District Court, District of New Jersey, Case No. 8-76-2704, '
and not individually, and he shall have no personal liability to Bank for -
payment of this Note, nor shall he be liable for any warrantees or covenants
of this Note or. the said mortgage securing it.
