KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned, owner
of a certain Real Estate Mortgage, wherein Jacuues Esformes and ~
Elizabeth Esformes are mortgagors, and ALLSTATE ~
ENTERPRISES MORTGAGE CORPORATION,. an Ohio corporation, is mort-
gagee, and given upon the following described real property, to wit:
Condominium Pazcel 1210 of OCEANA OCEANFRONT
CONDOMINIUM ONE, accor ing to the Declaration of Condo-
minium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 245, Page 65,
et seq., and as amended in Official Records Book 253, Page 365,
et seq., all of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
and recorded in Official Records Book 255 of Mortgages, on Page
19 8 6 , Document No. 3 414 9 9 , in the Office of the Public Records of "
St. Lucie County, State of Florida, on the 3rd day of August , 19~,
as assigned in Official Records Book 255 ,Page 2714 , to the
Fimisterre Corp., a Texas corporation, and as further assigned in Official
Records Book 256 , Page 579 , to Alison Mortgage Investment
Trust, subsequently First Newport Realty Investors, a California business
trust, succeeded in interest by FIRST NEWPORT CORPORATION, a Mazy-
. land corporation, by reason of merger on October 31, 1979, all of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, does hereby. acknowledge full payment
of the debt secured thereby and does release and dischazge same of record.
