ASSIGNMENT OF INTEREST AND WARRANTY DEED
THIS ASSIGNMENT OF INTEREST AND FIlI?RRANTY DEED, made this
day of ~ , 1980, by MAJOR EXCAVATING
COMPANY, INC., hereinafter called "Grantor" to DeWITT T.
McCLELLAN, whose post off ice address is Rt. 3, Box 372J, Ft. PieXve, FL
hereinafter called "Grantee" (wherever used herein the terms
"Grantor" and "Grantee" include all the parties to this in-
strument and the heirs, legal representatives and assigns of
individuals, and the successor and assigns of corporations in
capacities as both Grantors and Assignors and Grantees and
Assignees, respectively).
WITNESSETH:
That the Grantor, for and in the consideration of the
sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby assigns all of its
right, title and interest in and to the following Articles of
Agreement whereby Grantor has contracted to sell certain real
property in St. Lucie County, this Assignment including but
not limited to, the right to receive all monies henceforth
due under the described Articles of Agreement:
