FURTBER WITNBSSETB that the Grantor for aril in consider-
ation of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bar-
gains, sells,' aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms
unto the Grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, viz:
. Lots 2, 6, 7 and 8, Block 1, Greenacres Subdivision,
Unit III, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 16, page 28 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
Lot 6, Block 2, Greenacres Subdivision, Unit III,
according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16,
page~28 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
Lot 7,~ Block 3, Greenacres Subdivision, Unit II, accord-
ing to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16, page
17 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

Portions of the above-described real property are pre-
sently encumbered by a certain mortgage from Major Excavating
Company, Inc., to Everett E. Green and Evelyn Green, his wife, .

as recorded in O.R. Book 193, page 1296 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, in the original principal amount of
$75,000.00 for which Grantor herein agrees to remain respons-

ible and make all payments thereon and save Grantee harmless
therefrom.
