Petitioner, as personal representative of the above
estate alleges:
1. Decedent, Katherine Van Doren, a resident of St. .
Lucie County, Florida, died on March 17, 1979, and letters
of administration were issued to petitioner on April 5,
197 9 .
2. Petitioner files arith this- petition a final ac-
counting containing a complete report of all receipts and
disbursements since the co~mnencement of administration of this
estate, or since the date of the last accounting filed in it,
if any .
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by
making payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims

and debts that were presented and by paying or making provision
~ for the payment of taxes and expenses of administration.
