6. Petitioner hits made or proposes to make distribution
of the assets of this estate as set forth in the schedule of
distribution attached as Exhibit A.
7. The only persons having an interest i.n this pro-
ceeding and their respective addresses are:

8. Any objections to the report of receipts and
disbursements to the compensation paid or proposed to be paid
or to the proposed distribution of assets must be filed within
thirty (30) days.
9. Beneficiary, Mrs. Joseph Nichols, named in Para-
graph FIFTH (b) has been unable to be located. Pursuant to -
Chapter 733.816, Florida Statutes, Petitioner will deposit
the portion of the residuary estate due to Mrs. Joseph
j Nichols with the Clerk of the Court and receive a receipt
therefor.
Petitioner requests that, after satisfactory proof

has-been presented that distribution has been made in accor-

dance with the schedule of distribution and that claims of
creditors have been paid or otherwise disposed of, an order
be entered discharging petitioner as personal representative
of this estate and releasing the surety on any bond petitioner
