Z2. Rdsase. Upon payment of all sums second by this Mortgage, Lender shall release this Mortgage without charge
to Borrower. Borrower shall pay all cosh of reoordatioo, if any.
Z3. Attorsiey's Fees As used is this Mortgage and in the Note, "attorney's fees" shall include attorney's fees, if any,
which may be awarded by an appellate court.
