ACIQdO'WL~GMBNT AND RATIFICATION BY GRANTEE
i
The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges that
this conveyance is aub~ect to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominiua described
above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees to be bound '
by all of said provisions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said provisions
are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land
and real property described above, as security for his obligations as described in said
Declaration of Coadominium and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees
that said Declaration of Condominiums and its exhibits and the Purchase Agreement executed f
by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations and induceaents 1
concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described above.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantees have hereunto set their hands and seals this
