ACIQdOWI.BDGZ~NT AND RATIFICATION 8Y GRANTES
The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges that
this comieyance is subject to the prrnrisions of the Declaration of Condominium described
above, including the provisions of all of its ezhibits. The Grantee agrees to be bound
by all of said provisions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said provisions
are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land
and real property described above, as security for his obligations as described in said
Declaration of Condominium sad its exhibits; anal the Grantee acknowledges and agrees
that said Declaration of Coadoainium and its exhibits and the Purchase Agreement executed
by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations and inducements
concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described above.
