heard argument of counsel and being otherwise advised in the
ii premises, it is accordingly
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
Defendant's Motion to Tax Costs is granted in part and

denied in Part. There shall be allowed unto the Defendant
a total amount of Four Hundred Three ($403.00) Dollars in
taxable costs, this representing air fare for the witness,
Rod Cogburn, in the amount of Three Hundred Thirty ($330.00)
Dollars, and mileage expenses for the witness, Ray Bennett,
in the amount of Seventy-three ($73.00) Dollars.
