15. The mailing of a written notice or demand addressed to the owner of roeord of the mor ed premises
or directed to the sand owner at the last address actually~~urnished to the I4~ortgagee,~or:ii none directed to sai~ ~
owner at said mortgaged premises, and mailed by,the United States msih, postage pce~sid; s~all be suSicient ~ ~
notic+~ and demand is say case arising under this wstrument and required by the provisions hereof or by law. ~
16. If tl~e indebtedness sc~:ured hereby be guaranteed or insured under Title 38 United States Code, such
'title and Reggulations rued thereunder and in eRect on the date I?ereof shall govern the rights, duties and
liabilities of tl~e patties hernlo, and any provisions of this or other ir~atrunrents. executed in connection with
said indebtedness which are inconsistent with said Title or Regulations are hereby amended to ronfonn thernto.
The covenants herein contained shall bind, and the benefits and advantages shall inure to, the respective
heirs. executors, administrators, successors, and assigns of the parties hereto. Whenever used the singular
number shall include the plural, the plural the s~ngulac and the use of any gender shall include all genders and
the term "Mortgagee" shall include eny payee of the indebtedness hereby secured or any transferee thereof
whether by operatroa of law or otherwise.
