1980 on Defendant's Motion to Dismiss filed by OCEAN HARBOUR
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida corporation involuntarily
dissolved, through its trustees, FAITH R. SOTOLONGO and ANTONIO
H. SOTOLONGO and the Court being otherwise fully .advised in the
premises, it is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT:
The Motion to Dismiss filed by the Defendant's-OCEAN
HARBOUR DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida corporation involun-
~ tarily dissolved, through its trustees, FAITH R. SOTOLONGO and
~ ANTONIO H. SOTOLONG is hereby granted and the Complaint dismissed
as against these Defendants.
