- This cause came on to be heard on- this 8th day of May 1980 upon
Defendants' Motion~to Dismiss and Defendants' counsel having represented to the Court
that the corporation, The Pines of Fort Pierce Development Corporation, has been
fully and properly reinstated as an active Florida corporation, and the Court having
been otherwise advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The corporate Defendant, The Pines of Fort Pierce Development
Corporation, shall answer the Complaint within twenty (20) days of the date of this
Order.
2. Plaintiff's prayer for deficiency judgment against Antonio H
Sotolongo and Faith R Sotolongo is hereby stricken.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at the St Lucie County Courthouse,
Fort Pierce, Florida, on this 1~ day of May 1980.
