at a medical experts deposition in Gainesville, Florida when the
deposition of another medical expert in this cause is scheduled
two hours later in Vero Beach, Florida, and the Court having heard
a-rgument of counsel for the respective parties, and being further
advised in the premises, it is hereby ~

tective Order be and is granted.
